Today after talking with Donnie. I'm so impressed with how he handle this issue with his employee. Now that is Great Customer Service. Thank you. I look forward to having lunch there again... A few weeks ago I had a great lunch here. I was actually the first person to try the Turkey Shawarma Sandwich.. So as a treat was going to order for my 15 employee's. When I called to place my order the Rudeness of the young lady that answered the phone has the worst customer service I've had to deal with in a long time. She seemed to be annoyed and bothered by me putting a order in. I work in Warren and I like to help support other local businesses. But I can't not support poor customer service. Your employee need to have her customer service addressed.

Middle Eastern is my favorite food and I'm pretty picky about it, but I can honestly say this is the best chicken shawarma I've ever had, and their crazy sauce is the biggest reason! The garlic sauce was amazing too! I'm not a big french fry fan and always need ketchup if I do eat them. The owner said "you don't need ketchup with our fries" and he was right...they were sooooo good! Fast, friendly service too! I will be back for sure!

Whenever I come to Detroit I always get Middle Eastern food, because it's the best in the US here. Usually I go to Dearborn for work and get middle eastern there; however, I'm going to swear to everyone Crazy Shawarma was the best I've ever had. I got the beef shawarma plate, and it wasn't dry nor lacking of flavor like most places out here, it was juicy, tender, and tasty. In addition I got their Hummus, also top notch. Their salad was great though the portions were so big I didn't have much appetite to get into the green stuff :. I also met the owner Donny who is a great person, great conversation and a real human to talk to, he brought me his fries and his turkey shawarma free of charge and I was impressed by both. I swear that you will not be unimpressed, give it a try and I guarantee you'll be coming back frequently.

I had the pleasure of trying their small Greek Salad. I originally called the other location unknowingly and placed an order for this; however I showed up to the Warren location and they jumped right on getting my order together. The Customer Service was great. The cook was outstanding. I am not sure if he owns the place or not but either way I was satisfied with the results. The salad was very good. I am leaving a 4 star because the place needs a little fixer-upper otherwise once done.. it will get a 5 STAR!!!

Was not a fan, probably won’t be going back. The Shwarma was very dry and lacking flavor and I received a bag of pita bread rather than the Syrian bread that I ordered. From the other reviews, the owner seems like a nice, hard working guy, but the food was not great.

My manager spoke with the owner Donnie who fixed the situation with his employee. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time out to hear his consumers. Thanks again... I’ll be going back I will not be ordering from this restaurant because in an attempt to place a group order for our office, my manager was repeatedly cut off and interrupted. My manager simply wanted clarity on a few things on the menu and was treated with the utmost disrespect. She spoke with someone by the name of Marissa who also said she was the manager of the restaurant. We decided to take our business elsewhere and will not be trying this restaurant due to poor customer service

My wife and I tried this place for the first time today and I'm happy to say that out of all the shawarma places I've tried in the Macomb area, this place is, by far, the best I've had since I moved out here 3 years ago. The flavor was perfect. I had the crazy beef shawarma and lemon rice and chicken soup. That soup was awesome and quickly a new favorite. I usually don't get a beef shawarma anywhere, but here I wanted seconds. That beef was WELL seasoned and it stayed hot the entire time. My wife had the crazy chicken shawarma. The chicken was also very well seasoned, stayed hot, and both sandwiches were juicy with every bite. The fries were fresh cut potatoes and seasoned as if he did every one individually. Not one was missed and not one too overpowering. And the whole time we were enjoying our meal, Donnie was in the kitchen preparing something that I'm sure would change the game. The BBQ Chicken Shawarma. My wife went nuts over it, and she's pregnant. She didn't want to share it with me and I had to work hard not to be greedy. I had to get two more is all I'm going to say. Look out for it because he'll have it available soon. This place is the best. We're definitely coming back and I'm more than happy it's close by. Big thanks to Donnie for the meal! I visited crazy shawrma on the way back from work on Saturday, and was taking a gamble on a new restaurant that just opened up. I tried their chicken shawrma and fries,. I was blown away with their quality of chicken and hand cut fries . My wife loved it so much she at most of it lol. We went back and ordered more. Anyways if your looking for good food go visit crazy shawrma and you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a chicken fattoush salad and chicken shawarma sandwich. The chicken was dry as if it was sitting out all day and definitely not fresh by any means. I would have to say it was crazy gross! will not order from this place ever again
