Trained at the Penn Foster Career school, Eulina completed an intensive 15-part program focused specifically on weddings to achieve the status of Certified Wedding Planner. She brings this extensive training to every event and prides herself on creating a memorable experience that is “your vision and your budget.” Former brides even rave about this commitment.
