Creative Granite and Cabinets

For your sanity, do not use Jose as your contractor. He turned a bathroom remodel into a nightmare. He is very rude and dishonest. Does not call to let you know that his crew is not coming when they’re scheduled to come. Shows up unexpectedly. Demands more money although no progress is made. Hires ANYONE to do work in your house without checking their qualifications. He lures you in to get your money then leaves you stuck and vulnerable begging for them to come out and finish. They ruined my bathroom had to hire someone else to rip out tile and poor plumbing work that they ruined. Don’t give him the benefit of the doubt, all of the reviews are accurate.

The fact that I am writing a 5 star review after all I went through to get my countertops installed will really tell you how good they are. From the moment I found them on Facebook I was always chasing them down to come to my house. I had a really hard time with timing and scheduling and actually getting someone to come to my house for a quote or measurement or install. I was so frustrated and everything seemed to be going wrong with this remodel. I almost gave up multiple times, and Jose was ready to cancel on me many times as well. Finally in the end we got it done and I am beyond satisfied. I cannot be happier that I chose Jose for this job. He is super knowledgeable and his guys are really good at what they do. No one else that came I had 4 other companies come would have done the job that Jose and his guys did. My kitchen looks amazing I will post updated pics after the remodel is complete

I love my beautiful kitchen now...all thanks to Jose and his team have done amazing job transforming my old countertops and backsplash. Jose gave me great suggestion on what looks best with my cabinets. Highly recommended! Thanks jose and the team!!

I had Creative Granite and Cabinets make three tables for my den. I saw the type of tables I wanted in a Retail store but I new the products were not good quality. I saw Jose's marble tables on Facebook marketplace. So glad I followed up. We picked out our marble and we gave them pictures of what we wanted. They did a great job creating exactly what we wanted. If you want custom marble tables, this is the place to go.

A friend found this company on Facebook . I decided to use them because of the price point. I was ABLE to save money because I purchased a refurbished/ repurposed piece of travistine. The price was great, in fact the delivery fee of $160 was more than the table top. I am not sure why the delivery fee was so expensive. Due to the pandemic the the table top took almost 3 months, which was ok because I was not in a rush. The 4 stars are ONLY for the price. FYI: I ordered the table legs from Amazon

Ten years ago, they installed my granite kitchen countertops and as of now, still looks amazing. Today, I picked up two vanity granite counters for both bathroom and it looks really fantastic. The owner, Jose is very easy to deal with. Honest and trustworthy. Satisfaction guaranteed. They finished my counters 1 week earlier. Don't waste your time shopping elsewhere coz they have the greatest deal. Just go to this place. I'm only allowed to give five stars but honestly they deserve 10 stars.

It took longer than promised too have cabinet and vanity ready.. granite was cut improperly, good thing my installer could work around imperfections. Stay clear.

Terrible experience... owner Jose is very rude and unprofessional.. we showed him what we wanted and he promised to complete the job in 2 weeks but took almost 1 1/2 months and still did not finish the job. He also forgot the conversation we had while at his business regarding the work we wanted. After all this time he only finished half of the job and never came back to finish the rest. His employees only installed the granite countertop but never put the faucet back on like he promised to do, so I had to hire a plumber to finish his job. The granite countertop did not have a sealer on it like he said it would. Took more than half the money and never paid back for the unfinished work. He’s bad at communicating with customer after he gets his money. He’s a scam artist.

The Good: He can make awesome cabinet and granite. His price is great! The very bad: His scheduling and timetable is awful. 2-3 day job went on for 3 months leaving us without masterbath for that long. He demolished our bathroom without first building the vanity and granite ready. I practically had to beg him to finish it. He shows up unscheduled sometimes and the times you take off work he wont show up. We signed a contract to do both bathroom, and after stalling the job for months he had the nerve to say he misquoted for the upstairs and wanted more money.

If I could give negative -5 stars, I would. We had countertops installed in our two bathrooms and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The installers gouged our cabinets, walls and door jams in both bathrooms. They cracked one backsplash and chipped one corner of another backsplash and didn't vacuum up any of the debris from removing the old countertops. Of course, I had to find the crack and chip while I was cleaning up their mess! Jose said he was going to come back and fix the backsplashes, but I haven't heard a word from him after calling for a date and time and sending two text messages. Stay clear of this company!
