The young man at the counter was on his phone and so rude. I had to ask questions, and he wasn't interested or informed. He was scrolling thru his phone, and the experience was blah.

First time customer, the store worker was very nice but there was not a large choice of vaping juice to pick from. I gave them my phone number in order to get a receipt, that was a big mistake. Been slammed with spam text ever since. I never received spam text before the visit to their location on magazine. If you shop there an need a receipt, give them an email account. Not sure if they are to blame or SquareUp which is there merchant, but either way I will not be returning back.

The person who helped me was knowledgeable, taught me everything I'd need to know to use my new vape, and gave me tips on what not to do. Will definitely be going back!!

Nice people, clean shop, but STAY AWAY from these Delta9 gummies if you’re prone to bad reactions to cannibas. I only had a quarter of one gummy and was nightmarishly paranoid for nearly 20 hours.

We decided to drop in to get more CBD oil while we waited for our food to be ready nearby. The store is clean, organized and overall visually appealing. We were helped by Patrick, he was super friendly and helpful. He showed us all the products that fit what we were looking for and answered all the questions I had. Overall, we had a great experience and left satisfied. We will be coming back to this location.

I was looking for Crescent Canna... While it was a nice, airy and clean facility, no one was in the front to greet me upon my arrival. The address on the website is incorrect, it says 4505 Magazine, not 4507 and nowhere on the website does it indicate that their products are available for sale at the many Crescent City Vape locations around town, like the one in my neighborhood just 6 blocks away! I had to wait until it was convenient for me to travel uptown to seek out what I wanted. Needless to say, I am not at all impressed. I was so flustered I forgot to ask about the 30% discount that was advertised in an email I had received. The product I bought does seem to work, however.

Crescent City Vape is amazing!!! By far the best vape store in town. Where to start? Their tasting bar is truly one of kind and seriously alleviates any buyers remorse on liquids. I can't even remember the number of times I've purchased liquid at other stores, without being able to sample it first, and absolutely hated it. No wasted money here - try it before you buy it! On top of that, their staff is the best. They are super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super patient. Whether you're a beginner or a pro they will spend as much time as you need walking you through different setups, teaching you to use the equipment, answering all of your questions, and generally ensuing that you are 100% satisfied before you leave the store. In addition to their helpfulness at your time of purchase, it has been my experience that if you go back in with questions about the equipment you've purchased, they will be glad to help you. This weekend my battery and tank were having issues and suddenly stopped working. I popped in to Crescent City Vape and within TWO minutes they had fixed the problem and got my device working 100%. No charge, no push to buy anything else, just excellent follow up and 100% customer satisfaction. I was a two pack a day smoker and thanks a great deal in part to Crescent City Vape, I have not smoked a cigarette in over six months. NOT ONE. Check them out - you will NOT be disappointed!

Should change their name to Cresent city CBD or Cresent City Head shop. Very small selection of juice compared to the amount of CBD and head shop products. They have 2 display cases for vapes one is juice the other is mods. Very few of the juices are in 3, most are either 0 or 6. Workers didn't seem to knowledgeable of the vape juices they had either. Used to be a good store.

I stopped in today looking for juices and possibly new hardware. I was greeted by friendly staff and a large selection of hardware that was a little more than I had bargained for. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and answered all the questions I had very thoroughly. I already had a vape setup, but these were a bit more technical than the one I already had. When it came time to look at juices, they carried a brand I liked but not the particular flavor. They took me over to the sample area where they let me try at least a dozen different flavors that were similar to the one I was looking for. In the end I wound up with new hardware and two new flavors of juices that I thoroughly enjoy. One of those flavors is even made right here in New Orleans! Buy Local!
