The car was was ok (I still had to periodically hand wash my car because of large spots their machines would miss on my Odyssey and Cruze), the policies, not so much. I set up a monthly unlimited plan with them when they first opened, for a $10 off introductory rate. Well apparently the credit card I had on file with them expired, and they only have a 14 day grace period, and apparently they didn't have *any* of my other contact information on file, or any system to tell me when I'm going through the car wash that my card had expired or is expiring.
As a result, since the card had expired and the 14 day grace period had lapsed, they couldn't re-open my account, and the only option I had was to set up a new unlimited plan at the standard rate. I was paying $29 a month, now I have to pay $39 month (for the unlimited pick two).
Frankly, I find this absolutely unfair. What makes it worse is that I have a second car on this plan where I was actually paying the standard $39 a month rate, which I wanted to keep only for winter but ended up leaving it on there as a matter of convenience.
When the customer service rep told me there was absolutely no way to re-open my previous account, I said OK, and told him to cancel both plans. Crew Carwash lost a customer today with two cars on unlimited plans.

*OVERVIEW*
I rate Crew Carwash a 3 overall. The drive through wash gets your car pretty clean in less than two minutes (not including any wait you may have in a line of cars before you enter the wash tunnel). I did not give a 5-star rating because their vacuums are poor quality, and the reps often hold you up with a sales pitch for membership when that option is clearly communicated on signage throughout the pre-wash area. SERVICE:
Five stars for their service. Everyone is always courteous. Also, if there are still bugs or other missed spots on your vehicle, they will allow you to go back through the wash once more without an additional charge.
QUALITY:
The quality of the car wash is as good as it gets for a mechanized wash. The only way your car would be cleaner is with a detailed hand wash. Plus, the wash is fast at less than two minutes from entry to exit, even if you are getting their most extensive wash, the Ultimate, which costs $20.
If you care about cleaning the inside of your vehicle as well as the outside, Crew Carwash is not a good option.
In the self-service stations outside of the wash tunnel, they do not sell or vend car cleaning supplies so you would need to bring your own.
Their vacuums ($2 for eight minutes) run for a long time even if you are moving at only a moderate pace, and there is one for both sides of the vehicle so you don’t have to try to stretch across seats. However, the vacuums are POOR quality. The suction is stronger on some of than others but none of them suction powerfully enough to get all the salt and debris out of your carpets. 😩
If you want a good, quick car wash that leaves your vehicle clean and sufficiently shiny, go to Crew. If you want your car fresh-off-the-lot shiny and clean on the inside, too, go somewhere else.

BRUTAL/VIOLENT car wash, the opposite of soft touch, my new explorer sport was shaking in the assault on its paint. All the 5 star reviews have me puzzled. Felt like the clear coat was being scrubbed off my vehicle. Pretty positive repeated beating is not good for the paint. Will not return, clean does not have to be that aggressive. They have updated safer equipment that does not require the beating my vehicle endured. Delta Sonic car wash is mostly touchless and does a better job without wet sanding my vehicle. Plus in addition to the air dryers there are people to hand dry your car at the end, they also use compressed air to blow water out of the mirrors at a better price. Worst part, my vehicle was still dirty.

Pretty good place to get your car washed. I don't like when its busy and they bottleneck you into the washer

The only thing better would be a hand car wash. The unlimited package is 40$ a month and you can go as many times as you want at anytime they're open. No limit per day. Nice people too. Always happy.
