Jeanine was probably the most helpful phone sales person I’ve ever interacted with. Super friendly, did everything I needed, and I got in and out in just a few minutes.

Nice store. Good location. We were helped by a very knowledgeable energetic staff member. She did help us set up the new phone and to navigate some of the less used/needed apps. Many times those extra apps are a source of concern and confusion...neither of which we enjoy. Very good experience overall.

Multiple problems. Keep going back to store but once one problem is somewhat fixed I have another. Told me Samsung would exchange phone but not true. They have too. Poor servive. Wish I never bought this phone. Nothing but problems.

The clerk was extremely helpful. I had screwed up the home page on my phone & she fixed it plus adjusting other settings.

Never go to this cricket store there nothing but scams they have bad customer experience...
