BEWARE when going to this cricket cellular store. I went into the store because somehow my phone went into SOS mode so this lady had took my phone and checked on it. She did manage to activate it and everything was fine. Three hours later and it happened again. Went back again and she fixed it again. Went in there 3 times. Long story short don’t let them get a hand of your phone and not knowing what they are doing. Your phone would have a lot of personal information from credit cards to your own bank info. They can easily get in and hacked your account anything associated with you. They were able to get money out of my account those couple days that I couldn’t get into my phone. This store is SHADY!! So be advised… if you have that SOS issue or anything like it better to call in the 1800 number for cricket. Never let the store be In possession of your phone.!!

I got scammed here. I went to this store today to get a phone. I was told by the cashier that there is a promotion right now that if I pay for 2 months $60 each $120 total, I get a free Moto g phone. I double checked that I’m paying for 2 months now and then I can switch to another plan and was told “yes”. So I got charged $120 but then the lady gives me a card with my number and info and it says due date for next payment is 5/12 which is 1 month from now, not 2 months. I asked her about it and she suddenly said that no it’s $60 for 1 month and then another $60 is activation fee, taxes etc. I asked her to show me the receipt, she said “you will get it through text on your phone” and gave me a bag with my phone and with Zizo PowerVault wall charger that I didn’t need and never agreed to pay for. Not only the only text I got was in Spanish and I didn’t speak Spanish, so I don’t know why she selected that for me, the text said “su order numero ___ ha sido pagado por el monto $120.99”, which I translated as this is what I was charged, but absolutely no explanation of what I paid for, what the activation fee and what’s taxes and why they charged me for a zizo wall charger when I never asked for it and didn’t need it. On the app it said that on 5/12 I’m due $68 which is not $60 that I was told and what she wrote on the card. Even if I misunderstood something about the 2 months I didn’t, the fact that they charged me for some random wall charger and didn’t give me a receipt is shady on its own. Avoid these SCAMMERS!
