I have used Carolyn to check on my guinea pigs occasionally for about 2 years. She's always happy to help make sure they're fed and watered while I'm traveling.

I was going out of town and the holidays had just ended. I had not been able to get in contact with anyone to set something up during that time as no one  was in office. I called today, the day before going out of town, and the person that answered the phone couldn't care less that I needed a sitter and would have done what I could to make sure the sitter felt comfortable with my pet.
