Croach

Croach is the worst kind of company. They use aggressive sales to get you to sign up for a service plan that can't be cancelled without a huge fee. They do a bad job. The number of bugs on my property now is the same as before I started with them. They had no effect. One time I wanted them to get rid of a wasps nest in my bathroom vent. The dude came over and sprayed bug spray into the vent and left. He was here for like 40 seconds. I could have done that. For this I missed half a day of work. They always schedule service during the day and tell me I need to be home, and they won't even tell me what time. I HAVE A JOB. I can't do that. For my most recent scheduled service I couldn't get home for it, because again I have a job. So the guy skipped the back yard, the garage, and the whole inside of the house, but they still charged me full price. They did offer to come back for the rest but...I have a job. This service was also a month late according to the schedule they initially promised me. So after all this I called them to cancel because of the scheduling frustrations and their complete lack of effectiveness, and was told....oh excuse me, REMINDED about the huge cancellation fee. It was in the fine print but not verbally mentioned when I signed up. I told the person on the phone my legit reasons for wanting to cancel but they didn't care, they just wanted the money. Stay away from Croach. When a company's business model includes recurring service that can't be cancelled even when a customer is very unhappy, that's a red flag that shouldn't be ignored.

Their phone system needs major work. It took so much time and many phone calls to finally get a person. Then, I got little information or help.. I came away feeling they didn't care to get my business. I won't try reaching out again. I can't recommend them.

Eric was very helpful and informative. Walked us through every detail of the process and answered every questions we had with detail. So far we are veyr happy we came across Croach.
