Croft Fireplace has been amazing to work with. I went into the store in Brickyard and was greeted by Joy who worked with me to ensure I had all my questions answered, gave me literature to review and made a recommendation for an insert that would fit my needs. I scheduled for installation that day. I received a call to confirm the installation date and time. The installers were awesome. They went over their process, brought drop cloths to cover my floors, took care of my chimney work including capping it off so I wouldn't experience any drafts. Brought the insert in, made their connections and set it up. They explained the controls and before they left I had a new gas insert blazing. I recommend Croft Fireplaces as exceptional, moderately priced and uncompromised customer service. Thank you Croft Fireplaces.
We had a great experience with croft fireplaces. We were able to replace our fireplace with one that actually produced heat and looks great! Their team was great to work with and communicated with us through the whole process. I recommend giving them a try.
We had a very positive experience starting with Joy in the showroom, to the estimator and the installers. They were very efficient, returned phone calls when needed, showed up on time and the installers were very clean. We very pleased with our Lopi insert on our rock fireplace. We definitely would buy from them again.
I worked with Joy at the Brickyard plaza branch. Professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable and a smooth transaction. I had to wait for the final parts because of Covid distribution issues but communication was excellent and I knew I was in good hands. The technicians are professional. Use drop cloths are respectful of your property and know what they are doing. Highest recommendation. Thanks a lot.
Joy from Croft Fireplace was extremely helpful in getting us the perfect fireplace insert. She also helped me find a great contractor that gave me exactly the contemporary look I wanted for the surround. Everyone from Croft was prompt, professional and very helpful. I had such a good experience that we're probably going to convert another wood burning fireplace to gas sooner than expected. It was a great experience and I have a beautiful fireplace!! I am a demanding customer but they met every expectation! Highly recommend! Updated to add the second fireplace- we use both of them all the time!!
Easy to work with and professional. From the initial e-mail to set up an estimate, Joy was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products they offer. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The guy that came and did the measurements for the estimate was incredibly friendly and professional. The install team, Cole and Mark, were friendly, efficient, and clean. The entire install job took around four hours from set up to clean up. There are quite a few fireplace shops to choose from, but I'm glad I went with Croft, and would recommend it to anyone.
We were referred to Croft Fireplace by a friend who had an excellent experience purchasing the same fireplace insert that we have. They have been very clear, helpful, and timely with all of our communications. I have another friend I was talking to yesterday that also had a fireplace insert installed who knew! she just said she wished she would have done it years ago. I agree. I believe you can trust Croft Fireplace. I'll be telling more of my friends that I'm sure have considered doing this.
We had a excellent experience with Croft Fireplace. We initially came in to look at electric units thinking the footprint of a gas unit would be prohibitive for our situation; however, Joy was quick to point us to a variety of natural gas products that would work with our space. We are so glad she was proactive in helping us find something that we will be very pleased with. Excellent selection - we love the look of our unit and log set. Installers were efficient, competent, and pleasant.
I am so happy with the exceptional service and end result we received. Croft converted our wood-burning fireplace to a gas insert. The staff did a fantastic job from start to finish - from Joy's help in the showroom and Kevin's estimate to Ron & Cole's tile demo / re-build and finally Neal & Mark's installation. Not only was everyone at Croft knowledgeable about their products, they were also professional, timely, and communicated well. Our mantel was custom-built by a previous homeowner and we wanted to preserve it. The Croft crew did such an amazing job removing and re-installing that you cannot even tell. They were clean, courteous, and schedule-conscious. They delivered exactly what we requested with the tile surround and helped us pick out the best insert from a great selection. Plus, they were just all-around nice folks that made the remodel painless. I couldn't be happier with our new fireplace and after shopping around, I'm confident we found the best company. Highly recommend!
We just got our gas fireplace insert installed yesterday. We love it! We wanted to get it in before Christmas, and Joy helped us squeeze on the schedule to make it happen. The product is great for being the base model, it’s exactly what we wanted. Installation team was very effective and did nice clean work. They were done from start to finish within 3 hours. We are so grateful that we went with Croft as we love the final product!
