Cromwell Valley Apartments

My mother lives here and I feel she is very safe. The maintenance crew are absolutely awesome and professionally friendly. Very nice community

I have been living here going on two years and I love it a bit pricey but it is quiet any time I have any issues I put a ticket in and maintenance comes quick. My children are comfortable outside is always clean, I have no issues with my neighbors. The school is amazing walking distance.

It was a nice place at the beginning, and then things just started falling apart. Not sure if it was because of the people who lived there before, or just maintenances fault, but it got annoying having to fix things by myself. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from every apartment so it was always very loud. I do like how spacious the apartment is, and i love the updated appliances. Some staff were friendly others were very rude and unprofessional.

Beautiful apartments with lots of space, and storage space. Great home if you don't pay attention to detail. Nice upgrade to a regular sized 2 bedroom apartment, at an acceptable rate. This apartment is well with it. The apartment is a great size and location. The staff are super sweet and maintenance gets done quickly. The grounds are managed extremely well. I’ve lived here for five years and it has been my best apartment experience by far.

Cromwell Valley apartments is a beautiful apartment complex to live in! I feel very at home here. The staff are friendly, nice, and helpful. The area is peaceful and safe. The apartment complex and how it is managed is very organized. I like how they manage waste. For example there are trash bins at the end of each apartment complex where you can place your trash. I appreciate how quickly they handle maintenance requests. I also like how they have recycling as well. I like that there is a playground where children can play. I also like that people can go for a walk or run and walk their dogs. Cromwell Valley Elementary School is close-by for the children which is so convenient. What a beautiful place to raise a family as well! I would recommend this apartment complex for people to live in :

This apartment would have gotten 5 stars from me if they weren’t such thieves. Every month, there’s a new random charge and you don’t even understand what it is you are paying for. Feels like our rent goes up by $100 every month and that’s frustrating especially when we don’t know why. Also, the last day for payment is 5th and these people would already file in court on the 6th just to steal more money from you. This comment might get deleted so I’m just gonna post over over again

decent apartment but smells of cigarettes. terrible roads leading into and around. HUGE speedbumps that will bottom your car out. way too expensive for what you get! look elsewhere. edit: washing machines are totally out of service in our building, and have been for almost a week. what gives?

The school district is why I moved here. The living experience is not unpleasant for the price. Parking is definitely a challenge and needs improvement. For the price, my kiddo going to Cromwell Valley Magnet, and also the noise, the weed smells, the turnover of neighbors...it's a trade off. It's a better space than Courthouse Square.

I totally recommend anyone considering Cromwell Valley Apartments to move in. The leasing office team is fantastic, outstanding, friendly & kind. They are very confident and will not steer you into the wrong direction. Mike, Ashlee, and Jessica did a amazing job helping me on my new journey with my new place and I cannot thank them enough they are truly amazing.
