oh my gosh. what a great place! i got an amazing deal on a lenovo laptop. not only are the prices amazing, sales at the store help support their training initiative to help ppl in transition learn new work skills. you will love this place! wish i could give them 10 stars!
Nice employees and volunteers, drop off is easy, I've even had employees go to my car with me to unload everything. The place has a good mission & the Redeemed Electronics store is amazing, if you go at the right time you can find anything from collectibles to decently priced modern computers. Y'all are awesome and going here is always a good fun time
Great communication prior to pickup. Onsite staff was very polite and took the time and effort to study their 'escape route' to ensure none of my belongings were damaged. Took a huge pun intended load off of my mind by getting my dead projection screen TV out of the non-walkout basement, that most other recyclers wouldn't even touch. Will definitely call again when I need them!
The owner of the business was extremely rude and weird, the prices were sky high, there were random boxes of garbage in the middle that you had to step around, and they distroy perfectly good wonderful vintage computers and electronics just to make a tiny profit. Just disgraceful.
Very friendly and happily accepted my recyclable electric equipment
Dropped off a chest freezer. Great to work with. Friendly and efficient and very helpful.
Friendly and competent staff with a broad selection of items from previous technological generations.
Very polite staff. I just simply dropped items off but they were good help with showing me where things go and it was a quick encounter which is what I like; not lots of waiting and impatience. If I find more electronics to recycle, I will definitely head back there again.
I wanted a laptop for zoom meetings, and they custom-refurbished a laptop specifically for me and what I told them I needed it for. It works wonderfully and cost me less than $150...I absolutely love it and I am so happy I didn't buy a brand new piece of technology! I highly recommend!
A friend of mine had a really sluggish computer, came in here to get some parts for the computer the prices are very reasonable! I've also bought a computer here too and it was like 250 and the specs for the price was worth buying and computer never had a problem! If you're looking for used computer parts, peripherals, monitors, speakers anything that's basically electronics section you would find it heremostly older parts and sometimes somewhat newer then you should definitely give it a try to visit!
