When I read on Tyson Cross's website that practicing tax law is as "challenging and rewarding as careers come," I knew I had the right attorney. He took on our task: an operating agreement for a partnership with 14 partners -- that all 14 had to agree to! Tyson first walked us through the process, then quoted us a reasonable price that he didn't exceed. He drew up the agreement as per our needs, was in close contact with our accountant, responded promptly to our corrections, and completed the job within the allotted time frame. He's young (though not too young), professional, engaged, and cool. I recommend him highly. He's now our attorney. We'll need him again soon when we convert this partnership into a corporation.
