Came to Charlotte for a family vacation and I was looking for a CrossFit box to get in a quick workout. I dropped into CrossFit 704 and had a great experience. Coach Phil was enthusiastic and the class was energetic.
Coaches are extremely good at scaling workouts to your ability level. Crossfit sounds scary until you meet this great bunch of people and coaches.
This gym is a great place to challenge yourself. The coaches are great and work with every level of fitness . Coaches are personable and the people that go to the gym encourage each other.
After trying a few CrossFit Gyms in the Charlotte area I found my “home”. The atmosphere in this gym is inspiring, the coaches Phil, Abby and Chris are amazing and treat everyone as family. I look forward to years of training here.
