Excellent CrossFit Box.... I dropped in while in downtown Detroit for business. The Coach and owner was one of the best I've experienced. The facility is spacious and very, very well equipped. I wish I could make this my home box. And the WOD was Elizabeth, so our class of 10 slogged through as a team. Definitely a place where newcomers and new-to-Crossfit folks are very welcomed. A strong 5.

This gym actually transfers into a church called Motor City Church every Sunday. A wonderful ceremony each week.

Great facility right in downtown. Excellent equipment, fantastic coaches, and a jiu jitsu area as well in case you want someone to beat you up! Really welcoming to drop ins.
