This is a fantastic Gym! I have been a member for over a year now and I am so very glad I made the switch. The atmosphere is welcoming, the coaching is excellent, and there is an incredible sense of community that helps hold me accountable. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. So very happy to be a "misfit."
AMAZING COACHING!!! Wouldn’t trade my 6 am squad for anything. A true community atmosphere where everyone is welcomed and trained safely and appropriately to their level of fitness. Get there quick and get your fitness on!!
Top notch coaches, and an amazing community! New to CrossFit 6 months ago, I would highly recommend this facility to any newcomers as well as experts, and those in between. The coaches are phenomenal with all athletic abilities.
