This is a great place - not just a gym but wonderful community of supportive individuals. Started a year back n still going strong. Sessions are held in group but you get personal training support. Owners and coaches are amazing people and delight to work with.

Dropped in for the WOD today and wasn’t disappointed. Great facility, coach and others were very welcoming, the the WOD killed my upper body. Definitely recommend for a drop in and if I lived in the area I’d sign up. Thanks for having me Proven!
