Great box. I was visiting Providence on business and was able to drop-in no issue. Dave was a fantastic coach paid attention to detail. Received great feedback during my WOD, was treated like a member. Would recommend this gym to anybody

Dropped in 1/15 at 9a from Charlotte. Great gym, Coach Dave was very welcoming, gave me some helpful tips during the WOD...excellent coaching! Will definitely return if I’m in Providence again!
I’ve been a member here for over four years and it has only gotten better. The coaching and dedication to staying healthier over PRs is something not to take lightly.
