Crossfit Valley Forge

The coach introduced himself right away and made me feel welcome right off the bat. The members were very friendly and helpful. There was a partner warmup and a member quickly volunteered to be my partner which does not always happen when I drop in to boxes. I would definitely drop in here again!!

Dropped in while visiting the area, and it was a good experience. Sent a message the night before, and received a reply & a link to register promptly. Smaller class, which I liked, and the coach paid attention to each of us. Excellent experience! Thank you!
