I went there to buy parts for my lexus. It was my first time there. Right away I was greeted by someone and asked me what I'm looking for. He told me where the parts department was and i walked there... I was greeted by Hector in the parts section and Hector was just amazing.... Just amazing... He was knowledgeable, nice, helpful, what else can i say... He just made me feel happy to be there and made me feel he's happy to help me. Thank you Crown Lexus for the amazing staff and for keeping the environment amazing there....

Daniel was my sales person and he was amazing. He was so patient and knowledgeable. I had many questions, as I have never owned a Lexus and he happily and informatively answered every question I had. I got an excellent deal on the car and he even drove it to my home for me. I would highly recommend this dealership. I was originally planning to buy from a different dealership, but the sale didn’t feel right. I’m so glad I decided to explore my options and come to this dealership. I truly feel like I got an amazing deal and was treated great. The sales manager was very nice and friendly also. I believe her name was Daisy, but I am not 100% sure. Highly recommend if you want to buy a Lexus.

Justin, Tonya, Olivia and Haley were amazing! Truly enjoyed my experience. Justin was friendly, informative and fun while showing me my car, he earned his own 5 stars! Tonya had great energy and knocked it out of the park discussing the options to protect my car and the financing. Haley was super nice and took her time with me on the paperwork. Olivia was always available and helped answer my questions in the early stages when I was considering a purchase. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience, it made buying my car that much better. This is why I chose Lexus! Thanks to everyone at Crown Lexus that took good care of me and my Mom that day. I so appreciate it. Love my ES 350 too!

Went today to test drive a vehicle and was helped by Tiffany. She was extremely pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. Didn’t end up buying due to personal budget restraints, but if you are looking to buy, I highly recommended working with Tiffany. She is very thorough and will get you all the info you need to buy a car that fits you. The office in general was very nice and well taken care of, definitely felt like a luxury experience

Let me start off by saying, that every time I go to this dealer to service my Lexus is300 I get OUTSTANDING SERVICE EVERY TIME! Ivan in particular helped me out today. He is very professional and very attentive to his customers needs! I was never a Lexus owner prior to me buying this vehicle, but because of the outstanding service I have received, I don’t think I will ever drive another make or model! 10 stars for Ivan at the Service department! He goes above and beyond!! I’m extremely happy with my service there!!

Getting the car of your dreams is pretty difficult in 2022. I reached out to Crown Lexus about a car I saw online and was interested in. Unfortunately, that specific car was already spoken for. The sales associate I was working with, Francis, chatted with me to understand what I wanted and help set my expectation as to how car buying worked in this post-Covid world. With a little patience and a good amount of communication, we finally landed on the perfect combination of model, colors, and bells & whistles. I placed a deposit on the car with VIN number and Francis kept me up to date on the process from manufacturing, rail transit, and arrival to the dealership. It's the longest car buying process I've ever endured, but probably the easiest. Oh, and Crown does not charge a dealer markup! Thank you Francis and Crown Lexus!

Crown Lexus Ontario is the BEST by far dealership I have ever dealt with. The service department is awesome! The advisors are honest and the they go above and beyond to make servicing of your vehicle the most comfortable experience as possible. They provide a nice area to wait while your vehicle is being serviced with complementary snacks. Your advisor will provide you with a full estimate of services being recommended and a video of the inspection. I especially like to thank Tino who has been my advisor the last few times and is amazing!

We purchased 2 cars, one for me and one for my better half at the same time. The staff are professional and wonderful to deal with. It is no pressure kind of situation and our sales person, Oscar is one lovely gentleman.
