Caren did 150 medals for a powerlifting meet that we sponsored. They came out amazing, and were fast and efficient. Communication was impeccable and they have become our new vendor! Thank you guys!

What amazing customer service! I threw a Hail Mary at Caren and her team yesterday a Thursday, and knowing they are closed on the weekends at 4:45 PM, and asked if there was ANY chance I could get a custom crystal trophy created in time for me to get it before I leave for an early Monday morning business trip. I kid you not, I received an email from the owner shortly thereafter confirming if I could pick one of their in-house / in-stock items, they could make it happen! All of the items I had to choose from were equally classy and fantastic, but I chose one. They sent me over a proof in less than 10 minutes, and said as long as I can sign off on my proof by noon on Friday they could make it happen. Sure enough, I signed off on the proof, paid super easily over their online system, and received an email less than 5 minutes later informing me that the trophy was completed, and ready for pickup! Talk about an amazing feat, stellar customer service, and flawless execution! BUY LOCALLY! I did, and it was faster than Amazon or anything else I could have tried. Much faster, and you support the local business who provides for their families and support all of the other local businesses in doing so. Super helpful, and super thankful to Crown Trophy of Marietta!!

I RARELY write reviews but Crown Trophy deserves 100 stars! They were overly accommodating, especially given our last minute request for a large order. Nia was fantastic to work with and understood our vision from the start. We called on a Monday and somehow it was ready by Tuesday afternoon. I'm talking the SAME week! Incredible service, great product and very fairly priced! Our company will most definitely be using them again.

I am the Team Mom for my son's Flag football team and wanted to surprise the coach with a token of appreciation. I also wanted to support someone local rather than ordering online. My husband found Crown Trophy and exchanged several emails back and forth. They were very helpful and responsive. When we needed to rush the order they were very accommodating and offered their advice when asked. Their website catalogs all of their great options, is easy to use and the service is great! Crown Trophy in Marietta makes magic happen! A couple of days before graduation, I needed a trophy for one of my special needs students. Crown Trophy in Marietta went ABOVE and BEYOND to make it happen!!! I can not thank you enough for your hard work and kindness!!!

In less than 3 weeks Crown Trophy produced more than 50 awards for a national convention held in Las Vegas. Since the beginning they were really helpful and professional. My company isn't the easiest client to work with but they understood all of the changes we needed to make to the awards. Deadline was met and prices were reasonable. Garrett helped me from the beginning until the awards were delivered to my office. I will now recommend them to everyone that needs awards, medals, etc. Very happy with the end result!

Went in to get an "Employee of the Month" trophy for my outstanding employee named Chohn, and Marcus couldn't have been more helpful. If only they made him an "Employee of the Month" trophy. Outstanding service and quality all the way around. Will be coming back again for the next "Employee of the Month". Maybe I'll look into their lineup of plaques next time.

I placed an order and it was ready in hours! 45$ for 9 medals with engraving. They were not perfect the first time, but adjusted them immediately without issue. I will DEFINITELY be using them again! I'd give more stars if I could!
