The property is first class, the grounds are kept like a golf course, and the staff across the board is super friendly. They take care of any maintenance issues the same day. Great place to be in Birmingham!

I have lived here several months, and have really enjoyed it. Great facilities, friendly staff, good maintenance team, with same day service so far. Nice amenities, chill community. Maybe my neighbors are just super quiet, but I haven't experienced any interior noise issues.

I love living here. The staff are all helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. I have never had a problem with noise at night or with the grounds being dirty, etc. I love how close it is to restaurants and shopping, and many places you don't have to get on highway 280 to get to.
