Awesome! The office staff and maintenance staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. The community is safe, clean and quiet. And if you have any issues they are resolved in a timely manner.

I live here from past 5 years and I really love this place. Best part is society maintenance, these guys are quick and awesome. They are doing apt maintenance on every 6 months basis which is really impressive.

Best place I've lived in5 years and great interactive front office . We suggested some things before moving in and we were so glad to see that our opinions were heard that this is no other place but home until we build our own home

I have really enjoyed living at Varia at Oakcrest over the last two years. My leasing process was done in the middle of the 2020 pandemic and I arrived to my appointment with Alexandria carrying a load of anxiety. She was thoughtful, kind, and very patient with me during the whole process, answering every question I had. When I first arrived we had a couple of Palmetto bugs that creeped in, but the pest control service came weekly, per my request, and I added some insulation around our front door, which helped solve the problem. The staff in the office is beyond phenomenal. They are the kindest, most helpful people, and I am grateful for all the questions they have answered for me! The apartment 1 BR/1BA is spacious and comfortable. The property is gorgeous and well-mantained, and I feel safe here, which is really important to me. The maintenance guys usually come same-day, are all all knowledgeable and kind. The staff really do deserve so much credit for creating such a wonderful neighborhood!

I absolutely looooooove living here. When I tell you I haven’t seen any other apartment complex that care for us as much as they do. They always have events going, residents of the week, a package tower for your incoming packages, THE GATES ACTUALLY WORK, and if you put a maintenance requests in, it gets solved immediately!! If you are thinking about moving here, you really will not be disappointed at all

My review is based solely on the rental agent. My daughter and I were BEYOND thrilled after leaving our tour. The apartment itself was very nice and met our expectation...but Kenya - the leasing agent - was super personable! Her energy and enthusiasm was very welcoming and inviting. This complex came recommended to me by a friend/current tenant...but that initial meeting left a very good impression on me and the kid. Hopefully...I can update this review once I move in *fingers crossed* and prayerfully the apartment itself matches the dope leasing agent!!

I just had the best tour of my life!! Kenya and Natasha were great. They told me a bunch of info about the apartment and the keyless entry is bomb af!!! The property looks great and I will definitely move in if I can.

The apartments are spacious but the buildings are in close proximity to each other. It's a gated community

I had a nice pleasant stay here up until the pandemic hit and my rent had skyrocketed. Other than that I didn't have any problems with any neighbors or the leasing office. The other problem that I had with other people was the fact that people didn't clean up their dog waste after walking them.
