I stayed here several times, and each time has been pleasant. The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was bright and friendly and super helpful. Also, just had a meeting here and have to tell you… Miss Karen and Miss Lynn made my meeting room special. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Five stars!
I stayed at this hotel and it is a good hotel with super friendly staff. I really enjoyed it and will defiantly stay there the next time I am in Little Rock. It is a renovated older hotel, so there are some signs of this, but all the rooms are really nice and well done. The only thing that shows the older part are the hinges on the door spots of rust and an older tub. Overall really great, quiet, and nice stay.
The staff is top notch. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable, mini fridge was nice and the TV was large. Negatives: tiny bathroom, as in the door was 1 inch away from the toilet when open. No fan in the bathroom makes for a steam room, not always good. Our door to the hallway had open spots, meaning lots of light and noises traveled in. We actually had to switch rooms kudos excellent staff for the help. Lastly, the Starbucks was closed...at 8:30am...on a Saturday.
First, let me say the staff was exceptional, the bed was dreamy, and the cleanliness was perfect. However, the air conditioner in two different rooms, while set on 66 did little to cool the rooms. Thinking it was limited to the room we were first assigned, our request to change rooms was quickly and professionally accommodated by Joseph at the front desk. In our new bedroom we set the thermostat on 66° and, while the A/C stayed on all night, the room was still 73° by 2:30am. Waking hot, we went through the motions to reset the thermostat but the temp was still 73° at 8 the next morning. This hotel has very recently undergone a huge renovation and 97% of it is really well done. The finishes are tasteful and the touches obviously given great thought. Little reading lights and charging ports at the bedsides, shelves in the bath, real drinking glasses rather than the plastic ones found in cheaper hotels all were nice touches. The tub in our room 409 had been resurfaced and the coating had already peeled. The caulking around the top of the tub walls was also poorly done same person? And, as a result, was already harboring mold. The water coming from both the tap and the tub was either quite warm or hot. There didn't seem to be any cold water. The room looked down into the atrium floor where there is a bar, what looked like a setup for a buffet, and tables and chairs. When we woke around 9 and opened the curtains, the sight was a jumble of chairs, some paper towels, and a general look of carelessness toward the esthetic. It would have taken less than 15 minutes for someone to reposition the bar stools and chairs, pick up trash, and tidy the buffet table so the view would be way more impressive and orderly. That said, the price was reasonable for such a handsome, quiet, comfy hotel with friendly and eager-to-please staff. We would definitely stay here again.
I travel for business at least once a week and this was the single worst Bonvoy experience I’ve ever encountered. I had to change rooms 3 times. The first time the room did not have a TV remote and the Bonvoy channel was on. There was no way to turn off the TV or unplug it. I was in my pajamas and was asked to come to the front desk to retrieve a new remote. It did not work. I was then asked again still in my pajamas to come down to the desk again to retrieve a new key for a new room. The new room after I went back to my initial room to move everything was very hot. Turns out the air conditioner was broken. So I was asked again to come to the front desk for another key to another room. When I was there the lady was very nice she asked if there was anything she could do. I asked for a bottle of water. She replied there was no bottled water in the hotel they “were out”. So I then asked for some hand soap for the bathroom none of the rooms had soap so far. She replied “the hotel is out of soap”. I then went to my 3rd room and went to get ice so I could put some tap water on ice at least. There was no ice it was broken as well. I would never recommend this property.
Very very disappointed with the hotel. First at check in, we requested a upgrade room since we’re elite members and even though the hotel was almost empty they denied it saying rooms weren’t “clean” or ready. It was 5:30pm. My room was dirty, hair all over the bathroom tub, floor and toilet. Very simple breakfast specially for the price charged. Delta Little Rock was the worse Delta hotel I’ve stayed and I wouldn’t come back at all.
Check in = professional and showed a willingness to help Room = clean no visible stains from beding to bathroom. Amenity concern = TV connection. We attempted several times to connect the TV but it did not work. The staff was called and came to the room to resolve. Provided us with another room and the issue still persisted. Darrian proceeded to check other rooms to see which one would accommodate our needs. He was so nice and gave us another room without incident. It turned out that there was a technical issue with a few rooms in our area. Thank you Darrian for all your help! We thought we were going to need another hotel but you handled the situation very well. Keep up the good work Darrian. Because of this interaction I would recommend this hotel.
The rooms are very spacious and lean. The Bae was really nice with a huge selection of spirits. Kind of pricey for a blue collar worker but was worth it.Rooms: 5/5
Beautiful facility and Miles at the front desk is TOP NOTCH!!!! Give him a raise, promote him, hold onto him! You guys are doing a beautiful job and it’s been lovely to unwind here. Very much appreciated.Service: 5/5
The whole hotel was terribly hot, to the point we couldn't stay at the bar or pool very long. The restaurant/bar was out of most food, the telephone lines to get to them didn't work, and they are incredibly expensive for the quality. The beds weren't comfortable and the bathroom was very small. On the plus-side, the staff was very friendly and check in was incredibly easy. The location was great as far as ease of access and lack of traffic.
