Over the years we've had a number of Companies delivering 5 gallon bottles of spring water to our house but none as good as Crystal Rock. Their Customer Service, Product and Delivery Personnel and Punctuality is the best we've witnessed! Our Route Driver, Kevin, is a fantastic guy with a great personality and is always on time!
Service was great love the drivers just price increase that I didn't love. You guys got me from Poland Spring with better prices and your competitor took me away from you with better prices. Let's see if their service is good if not I may be talking to you again soon thank you

Been a customer going back 20 years. Worst service ever. Can't take a deilvery change. Called 4 times. One hand doesnt know what the other;s doing. Imagine that?? Water delivery. Can it get any more simpler?? Last week they left 4 big jugs at our front door.
Great bottle water product, delivery and customer service!... I just wish the bottom loader dispensers were better quality.
