Beautiful views and a nice walk through nature even in winter with very few flowers in bloom! We saw a bald eagle fly through and lots of different ducks were out on the lake. It was also a lot less crowded than the Portland Japanese garden today, which made for a more enjoyable experience.
Lovely garden with waterfall, ponds, stream, animals: ducks, geese, nutria, bald eagle, salamander spotted myself. I heard beaver and river otters show up too. Beautiful bridge, lots of benches, and free on Mondays!
Very pretty nature walk. Calming and nice to walk around. Even in the middle of winter!
Such a nice and peaceful neighborhood park with lakes and gardens. Free admission on Mondays. There are many trees in the park that provided lots of shades. Ducks were chillin around the lakes. Walking inside the park helped relax our busy minds and anxiety.
The garden is very beautiful. It offers quiet paths, lots of birds, and numerous photo opportunities. However, it is less fun for kids. They no longer allow feeding the birds, and have shut down the path across the waterfall.
