Crystal Springs Customer service and especially their supervisors do nothing but read from a script, they will say over 12 times how "sorry they are for what you're experiencing" but do absolutely nothing in order to fix the situation. I have been receiving delivery going on 2 years but after speaking with their "supervisor" I cancelled my service. They would do better to hire robots, maybe then problems might actually get fixed

I volunteer at a non-profit that previously used their services in an offsite location for about two years, and then stopped ordering the water when the facility downsized. We continued to pay for the cooler rental for almost two years past our last delivery when I got involved and found the unused cooler, the empties, and the monthly rental fee. In July I contacted Crystal Springs, cancelled the service and arranged for pickup of the cooler and empty bottles. A pick up was arranged for the first Friday in August. They missed their Friday pick-up for three weeks in a row. Customer service was very polite, very helpful, very slow and totally ineffective. Now i finally got the stuff picked up and I get a bill for 5 months of cooler rental, including the month I was waiting for them, a late charge, and a paper invoice fee. No credit for the bottle deposit on the empties that they picked up. I have heard from another company they were flaky but this is ridiculous. One star is a tremendous over rate.
Plus their "local number" feeds to a national service center in Florida, that is always busy, the billing comes out of Georgia, but payment is sent to Texas. They supposedly use independent contractors to conduct their busy in Seattle, and I do mean independent. Steer clear!

Horrible customer service!! I have been calling them for a week to come PICK UP their machine!! They still haven't done it!! Have called them everyday to get a time and date to pick up and now they tell me they cant pick it up for another week!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! If it was possible to give them negative stars I would!!

I am extremely upset with Crystal springs . I had a delivery date scheduled for last week they never showed up and never called me I had to keep calling customer service and they keep telling me Oh you've been rescheduled for tomorrow well tomorrow never comes and I still haven't got my water delivery service and I had to take so many days off work and I almost got fired over this. And customer service does not seem to care they are still continuing tell me tomorrow. I would not do business with this company again.

We use to get nine jugs of water from them since we had a new born. After two weeks of trying to get our jugs replaced and four attemps we just cancelled services. They were rescheduling our dates and putting our account on hold. Terrible management and customer service.
