I really DO LOVE my Crystal Springs water. It is the best. My delivery guy IS THE BEST. He has the best customer service. If you do any hiring for drivers make sure this one does the training. I am going to have to change my order though because we really do use this water for everything. I am not sure the one I have in there will last 8 more days. Gonna have to go sparingly:) :) Thank you for the best water EVER.

New customer, called 5 times to verify delivery. Spent two days sitting at home waiting. I was assured there was going to be a delivery. Still no water, 2 weeks later!! Update, a year later, they drive right by our place and so I scheduled delivery. No delivery! Call to find out why, "we don't deliver to your area." Believe the one star ratings!!

I have used Crystal Springs for nearly 10 years and they have been dependable and great. Water is delicious and they fix any problem immediately. Easy to work with.

I have recently canceled my services for poor customer service, for the last 6 months I have had to call each month to get my bottle credits back at $6 each that adds up quick. Each time I had to walk the service agent through my bills to show the credits needed. I would advice any existing customers to go back and check their bills to make sure you have been getting your bottle credits, and Call ASAP! As well I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company do to this poor service!
