Crystal Springs Water

My favorite part about this company is my delivery guy!! Lorn is AMAZING!!! He is the BEST! Always answers when I have a question, I never have to actually call the company itself! Lorn takes care of everything!! I pray every one gets as good of a guy/gal that we have!! God bless you Lorn!! I hope this Company knows how valuable you are!!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with Ever..... They do not care about their customers enough to even give a courtesy call to find out why a payment method was declined. Instead they go right to collection agency and stick you with all the equipment . When we got a call from collection agency ( which is what Crystal Springs customer service should of done) and discovered our auto pay was in error, we paid with a new card immediately only to find out that now our account was terminated after they got paid and stuck us with all this equipment and empty bottles that they did not pick up for two months....

Our office has had delivery service for over 5 years. Our delivery driver is Jeremiah and he's fantastic. Polite, fast and always on schedule. Can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend Jeremiah and the service.

I take reviews with a grain of salt. So I tried Crystal Springs. It's laughable for sure. They do not deliver water. Not sure what they do actually. I've had one delivery, they have not met any dates, they even left me a voice mail saying they are delivering tomorrow. That was like 8 days ago. It's the worst company I have EVER dealt with.
