Horrible service. Signed up at Costco in Silverdale. They only have made it out to my house twice and didn't take bottles the when he delivered. Now I have a porch full of bottles and the closest place to bring them back is Kent. 1.5 hours away. They have been given my ccard number multiple times including when I signed up but they can't seem to get their act together even to bill me. The Bremerton location won't answer the phone and they don't have any customer service to accept bottles. I have complained to Costco and they told me that they are investigating multiple complaints. Beware...... do not use this company.

Horrible service. We used to get this through Costco and for a while it was great. We got delivered water on time, issues with the water dispenser were resolved in a timely manner.
Something changed in the last few months though. We had a bad dispenser that was replaced with another bad one that leaked water all over the floor. So we reported it, got scheduled for another replacement. No issue, but then the driver came out and was a total jerk and refused to replace it. We then spent the next 2 months without any water, while being scheduled for a replacement and having then automatically reschedule us for a different day after my wife waited at home all day. We had about 4 or 5 of these appointments get automatically rescheduled before wee got fed up and cancelled it.
They won't even credit us for the months we couldn't use thier water. It's been about 3 weeks and they just finally picked up the equipment. Good riddance! I would recommend looking at alternate companies for water as this company is not customer focused and thier drivers are unfriendly.

If you live in Kitsap County do not sign up. They can not get the billing right and when you call to cancel service they refuse to while trying to talk you into keeping it. I had to practically scream, "All I WANT IS TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE"

Avoid this company! No Customer Service at the Bremerton location. The Cell number they give you for your Route rep is never answered, and the voice mail is either full, or not yet set up. The Bremerton Crystal Springs is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with ever. They left my Water a block and a half away sitting by the large bank of neighborhood mail boxes. I wasn't even sure if they were mine. We then ran out of water during the middle of the hottest part of the summer.. I had enough of the chasing down the service i'm paying for.. So... I cancelled the service.
Although that did not seem to get communicated to the Bremerton Location (probably because they never answer their phone) because 2 weeks after I cancelled I came to work to find 3 full bottles sitting outside the warehouse door. Silly Me.. I figured that the next time I saw the Crystal spring driver he would be picking up the dispenser and all 8 of my empties. NOPE! I had to Call the drivers Cell phone 7 times in a row to get him to call me back. So I could tell him that my service was cancelled at my home and my business location. And I asked (firm but nicely) to please come by and pick up the equipment and all of the bottles full and empty.
All of this hassle for WATER.. Holy cow!
My advice to any company that wants to compete with crystal spring bremerton.
All you have to do is answer the phone, be some what friendly, and service your customers needs for one product....WATER!
Answer or return a phone call and do what you say you are going to do! Thats it!

I cancelled ! they missed delivery alot of times and they never return your call ! I will never recommend this company.
