FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FOLKS.
We had a great delivery driver, however the company itself was a disaster.
Our driver took leave and we were left without notice that we were not going to be receiving deliveries. We did not know what was happening so we set up deliveries through their 1-800 #. They do not give you local office number. We were left hanging for 2 weeks with multiple "rescheduled" deliveries missed without notification.
Another huge issue we had was with their billing service. I cancelled my service months ago and I'm still going nuts trying to pay off silly fees that were not consistent from our paper bill to our online bill. When I called customer service, they were no help and came up with another nonsense total that did not match up with our records.
Lack of organization and communication left us completely unsatisfied and angry.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst service. Missed deliveries, poor customer service. I thought that being a Costco affiliate service would be good. I gave them two months figuring service would improve, not a chance. Still waiting for them to pick up cooler. Missed their scheduled apt. Called and was told they rescheduled at "local branch". You should let customers know when you reschedule so they are not waiting all effin day.

It is showing that they are local company but they are not. There is no one here locally that you can call. Crystal Spring office is in Florida, everytime we call we were on hold for almost an hour then they promised a delivery on certain dates, nobody shows up. Their own employees talked bad about their employer, now I know just to justify not delivering to us. You will wait for a month before you get your service. Then once they service you, you will wait again for another month of not having water before you get more water. If you can find another company, best to do that. I do not recommend Crystal Springs Water to anybody. You will see them at Costco as DS Services but Crystal Springs is the same company.
