I think the water is great, unfortunately I did not event get to drink it; Joined at the end of January. Its been two months, the company's logistics are pretty much a mess. There is constant excuses where the customer is is pretty much not considered when decisions are made. I would not recommend this place at all.
The customer service is very poor, the deliveries are not being made within the agreed upon time. Customer service has you going around and around in circles. Just terrible, if I could give them zero stars I would. 1 is being nice.
A great Company to provide excellent service delivery, excellent customer service, and safe, secured water. I could not ask for anything better.

This is the Worst Company ever! Clearly they haven't a clue about customer service!! Unfortunately they're unreliable, Unprofessional & inexperienced with dealing with the public! They need to shut this company completely down & send the owners & executives back to school to take business 101 & 102!!!
