Always good people here. There is a guy namaed Jerome who is so good at his job you can't even feel the needle when he sticks you. This guy should be the manager. Very professional
Tried this center & staff is nicer but omg so slow. No one here & just sitting. 2 guys came in after me but got called to screening before me. They dont go by who got there 1st i guess. Im going back to biolife as soon as my stuff transfers from other office. They are the best & you get way more money

Usually takes an hour for full process. Been 4-6 times.
Overall the staff are all well trained and patient. Often though I do hear the staff complaining among themselves about not having enough staff. The long wait gets discouraging.
Came back after 6 months and boy have things changed. Sat and waited almost 2 hours not sure for what. They just left me sitting there. I finally asked Why I waiting and was asked"what did you do" by 2 staff..Shouldnt they know? I'm beyond mad! I wont be coming back.
