CU Auto Sales

Such a relief to be able to trust an auto dealer again. Irving was my sales guy. They tossed me the keys of whatever car I wanted to try and let me and the wife just do our thing. We where able to work on a price that was fair for both me and the dealer. I left with the car and needed a few things I was concerned about and they followed up and took care of it as promised. I've had other dealers break all promises once you drive off the lot. These guys still took care of me. Mike was wonderful to work with. As with any used car... please inspect the vehicle yourself or bring someone who knows and can help you. If the vehicle breaks down in a month or you find something you don't like don't blame the dealer for not catching it. I inspected the vehicle inside out, underneath and engine. I addressed 2 things and they took care of both. So I could not be happier with my experience. I would be happy to return to this place when I need another vehicle.

Mike Hanson helped my daughter find the perfect car for her needs. She is still smiling almost two years later. Rarely do you find the honesty and attention to detail we found with Mike. Two different vehicles and even detailing and repairs of vehicles we had before we found CU Auto. I will use Mike and CU Auto for all future vehicles needs. It’s comforting to know that I have people I can trust to have my best interest in mind. Bravo to you all!

I have bought several cars from CU. I also have had many car’s serviced by CU, from brake jobs, fuel pumps and timing belts. Every time Mike and his crew are honest and fair. I would highly recommend them for either purchasing a vehicle or have one repaired.

Rob was awesome to work with! No pressure or pushiness at all. He was very transparent and gave us a breakdown of the total price of the vehicle. No hidden fees or anything like that. He was also quick to respond and helpful to any questions we had after we purchased the vehicle. EDIT: I've had the truck since April and have only put about 1,000 miles on it. I took it in to the shop because it was making a noise on the front end. Turns out I have bad ball joints and the brake pads were worn down. I would think these issues would have been present when the truck was inspected by these guys.

We have bought several cars from here. They are very helpful and do not pressure you at all. They go out of their way to help you feel comfortable with your purchase.

In the fall of 2020 I purchase a vehicle from these guys for top dollar. It was the car i wanted, so I didn't care. They said the car had zero history of damage or collision, etc. Turns out that the vehicle had been in a flood and wasn't repaired properly, so the vehicle was filling with water all winter. That cost $3000 said and done. Electrical problems, computer problems, it never ends with this car. Just writing this review to alert anyone: these guys aren't super honest.

I tried to submit a very long, super detailed review of this place a couple months ago, but somehow lost it before it posted - I'm not going to try and recreate that today, so what you should know in much shorter terms is this: If you are looking for a car, JUST START HERE. Don't waste your time and energy thinking you need to compare more options at more dealerships... YOU DON'T and you will NOT find better vehicles at better prices ANYWHERE in the state. Please take my word for it, I tried and I regret torturing myself. I came in, in a horrible predicament with very limited funds and a very narrow and unyielding list of vehicles I was willing to consider - which can be a frustrating combination. Now I drive the truck of my dreams and love it more every day. This is a FAIR and HONEST dealership. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs again. And since they also offer full vehicle maintenance, I'll never need to. I cannot thank Mike and Tanner enough and while it's taken me months to post my review, I have not stopped singing their praises to anyone that will listen to me.

I've long avoided dealerships due to questionable practices and experiences. CU changed all that for me. Jody, Mike and Nate are all great to work with. I was scrolling thru KSL Classifieds, and happened upon a nice Buick with uncommonly low miles. Asked about it, and Jody had it parked in front, waiting for us to test drive it, and after doing so, we heard the price, and decided immediately to buy it. It had a small radiator leak, which they replaced without hesitation. They have restored my faith in car dealer humanity.
