Incredible customer support from a professional and engaging staff! Managers Aunjae Smith and Aspen Rose-Moore continuously went out of their way to ensure my move went as smoothly as possible and that each of my needs was met beyond expectation. Their friendly demeanor along with the facilities in-house moving truck, easy access, and incredible prices made the tedious experience of moving and storage somewhat more bearable. Thank you for all your help - I couldn't be more impressed!

My husband and I rented a storage unit 3 years ago when we had to move to Florida. Unfortunately, due to serious health issues we haven't been able to travel and make it back to Va to collect our belongings. Over the years we have had some financial issues as well, and have fallen behind in payments from time to time. Your manager Cindy has always been so helpful and diligent with keeping in touch with us, and working with us to keep our possessions safe, and secure. I can't express enough how wonderful Cindy has been working with us , doing everything within her power , and going above and beyond, to ensure we keep what we own. You have a rare gem in your employment. I have been in management for over 25 years, and I would steal her away if I could. I look forward to continuing our relationship until the day we can travel home again to finally empty our unit, but until then, I know it will be taken good care of.....Cathleen Weadon

I've used this facility for over a year now and up until this year I was happy. For months now I've had to call to make payments instead of making them online because they said they were switching systems and were working out a few bugs. This has went on for months now and it still isn't fixed. I was told two months ago by management the problem was fixed and it was a lie. The same problem is still existing and nothing has been done about it. I called customer service when it first began and they couldn't help me because they said it had to do with this particular storage facility. Its frustrating having to go through this. Because of my work schedule it is much easier to pay online than to have to call them up every month.
