To put it simply. Jahnita, Oscar and Willie made my first experience storing my mom’s belongings easy and simple. They were very understanding and they were very patient with me, especially after i lost my dad. You have great employees working for you. You are lucky to have all 3 of them.
The representatives were professional and very helpful. Great attention to detail. The facility was clean, and access was easy. I was excited about the great customer service. Something so simple but so forgotten by many workers. Courtesy is contagious ... Let's make it travel around the world faster than bad news! I will definitely recommend this facility ... ijc ... it was a pleasant experience.
Well the first time, I was given advice. The second time was fast easy, I rented, I stored my plastics my suitcases my boxes easy. They have real nice workers. So far so good :
Cube smart called to say a payment was past due even tho there was a card on file. Went in to handle the situation and Oscar was very rude. If you have a card on file for payment why call saying it’s late.
The storage facility was clean and airy. Rep was professional, pleasant, and informative. It was an easy and inexpensive process ... two of my favorite processes.
The deal that was offered was perfect for me since I only need it for less than a month. The customer service was the best, at the facility and on the phone.
Great place for storage! It’s well-lit, always clean, ideal temperature and humidity levels. Also the staff here on Stanley Ave are wonderful.
Jahnita was amazing! She was very thorough with the whole process. Lee was pretty friendly and assisted also. Overall GREAT experience! I’ll recommend any day.
Everyone who works at this office is amazing. They're friendly, helpful, and always put a smile on my face. The team is a pleasure to work with especially Willy and Lee I hope I got the right name. So if you ever need to use a storage facility this is the one to go to
Willie was great. Everything was smooth and easy to understand. Would def use again if necessary.
