I had no problem with the storage unit, everything was fine and amount was very reasonable. Just needed the space for the summer to house my items since school has closed, and I would be returning home. I went to check up on my stuff before school starts . I noticed little black things all over it. Then figured out it was RAT DROPPING/ RAT POOP all over my items and in my items. I have been calling for days to talk to someone not one time did anyone answer. Which is ridiculous being that I called during hours of operation. The day I noticed the droppings I went to the office, no one was inside DURING OPERATION HOURS. This has taught me that the cheaper route will always be the harder route. Disgusting! The image is just my bin items towels, shoes, and hangers. The RATS got into my other bins.

My experience was so professional with the facility manager, Ms. Tia. She definitely knows the products, services and procedures about this facility. Her energy was high, her smile is electrifying and her ultimate service and knowledge is an A+. She was patient, shared with us about the different size units based on near the doors and within the confines away from the entrances and again the services that are included with the reservations. We were extremely satisfied with how professional and friendly she was treating us. The facility was clean, smelled great and in order. This young woman is an excellent asset to CubeSmart. Give her a raise and make her a facility manager, she earns everyday.

I had a storage unit for a little more than 6 years. I found them to be a fair and reputable company. They provide the service that you request. In clean safe environments.

RATS, RATS and more RATS!!! After over a year of paying over $200 for a unit which recently increased to $250, I ended up having to abandon my unit due to a rodent infestation. I did NOT have any food items in my unit, only furniture and some storage boxes. Upon visiting the unit after traveling for a few months, I noticed rat feces and urine on the side of a tv stand that was in storage. I notified the manager and she assisted with placing rat poison in the unit. She reassured me that this would help eliminate the rat problem, but was she wrong. After visiting the unit again after a few days, I noticed the problem had gotten worst, there were more rat feces/ urine on my couch. What made matters worst is the “protection plan” the company offers does NOT cover damages made by rodents. It’s best advised to get renter’s insurance and hope your unit doesn’t get infested by rats. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. The only thing good about this place is the manager is friendly/ helpful, that’s it.

I needed large unit to move a two bedroom apartment in and I was really impressed how quickly they provided me with my space I would recommend anyone here at CubeSmart

Tia is the best manager ever. Makes the experience so much easier when you have a manager on site who actually cares.

The staff at this location is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. This is a totally weird and unexpected thing to say about a storage place, but I will actually miss it because of the people.
