The grandmas pie was flavorful however it was not cooked all the way through which led to a weird after taste. And I ordered garlic knots and was charged for them but did not receive them at pick up. I would def try again since everyone was very nice over the phone, maybe it was an off night.
The new management is a mess, I ordered tuna wrap w cheese and mayo, they didn’t put them but they charged $ , also nobody mentioned me I have a big fee for delivery so the prices was a surprise! That is not more CUGGINI, the new personal are so unprofessional and so rude. I call them but they didn’t give me a solution or some apology! UNPROFESSIONAL
Definitely the last time! Guess what , $21 dollars for a meatball parm! yes , meatballs parm with a 21 dollar that ever never happened to see this price in my whole life in a deli for a sub’ was even just a sub not like taste special or anything just a sub . Thats the most non sense thing i ever had lately! Never ever come to this place again.
This was my go to spot after work, I show up in uniform and get accused of stealing when theres no one running the counter mind you I waited five minutes and I choose to leave! Would not do business with this shady new ownership. Youve lost a customer that has been going here since 2010.
One of the best sandwich I taste since I live here in Nj. Remind me so much of NYC sandwich. The best I recommend this place 100%Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: No
I placed and order at this place for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese.. one with bacon and a BLT and my order came out to $28. I understand prices have gone up on everything but this is insane. What’s even crazier when I went to reach in the bag for my BLT it was on a long roll about 16 inches. I have been to a thousand delis in my life and have never seen a BLT on a long roll. It was $16! Crazy…
Worked and lived near Cuginnis for a very long time and have been a continuous customer the whole time. Nothing but great things to say about the former owners. Great quality sandwiches that were awesome portions everytime. Cuginis was the go to spot for lunch. Sadly they have sold the place to the rudest/ unaccountable for their actions/ know it all group of people I've ever witnessed in the food business. After placing a 96$ order, and receiving 3 of our orders wrong/ skimpy/ hard + 1 sandwich with a hair in it, we were told that we were liars, and that we did not infact have hair in our food followed by being screamed at and hung up multiple times while trying to call to resolve the issue. So I got in my car and drove to the place with the now, unwanted food to resolve the issue hopefully. Arrived to the place to be greated by 2 very rude women. 1 older lady and I assume her spoiled/know it all daughter that doesn't know how to take any accountability what so ever. Both of which had long dark hair, the same as what was found in our food. The same people who claimed nobody here has dark hairSo who is the liar? After several minutes of just calmly trying to speak my peace with the 1 gentleman and having these 2 women screaming over me, I then raised my voice. The daughter then says she " feels threatened " and calls the cops on me. Avoid this place as much as u can. Quality and service has taken a huge nose dive since ownership has switched over. Honestly it's sad, because this all could have been avoided. They don't know the first thing about customer service in this place. Bunch of know it alls.
What a far cry from Cugini. Higher prices and they put one slice of Taylor ham on their breakfast sandwiches. People are extremely rude inside and don't care to resolve issues. Hope this place fails big time.

Brought the family here, staff was nice and friendly and the pizza was great.Food: 5/5
