Culinary Wave catered our outdoor wedding, and everything turned out perfectly. The guests RAVED about the food smoked brisket, chipotle chicken, tossed salad, summer pasta salad, German potato salad, watermelon, and everything was beautifully cooked, labeled, and presented. All of the recommendations Lisa made to us were spot on. Alicia, the CW employee staffing our event, prepped everything meticulously, was so extremely pleasant with our guests, and went above and beyond by pouring drinks, clearing plates off tables, cutting the cake, and boxing all of the leftovers up. She was an invaluable help that day! Highly recommended for any catered event!!

Culinary Wave is fantastic! We have lunch catered in 3 or 4 days a week, and we let them pick the menu's for us. They give us a fantastic variety of foods and there is always enough for everyone. Been acquainted with the owners for 2 decades and I've eaten their food countless times. Is there any cuisine they can't prepare? I doubt it. Culinary Wave beat out the competition in every category when it came to our wedding. They offered more competitive prices, their food was better [immensely better than competitors] and their day-of staff was incredibly courteous, organized and really took a lot of pressure off of my day-of coordinator which was a blessing because my day-of was a family member who also deserved to enjoy the day. Lisa was knowledgeable through the planning process and provided great recommendations for menu, decor, etc. She even helped us out with orchestrating linen cleaning/pressing for our purchased linens which was turning into an expensive pain in the butt when trying to figure it out ourselves. There was the occasional lag in response time throughout the planning process and small details in planning that were missed email to email, but to be fair, we were married in September, at the height of wedding season and there wasn’t a thing wrong on the actual day, so any worry was for not. Lisa brought extra staff all the way to Longmont to assist in set up, the staff were kind to our guests, the food was great and we were extremely happy with the whole day. Your caterer is possibly the most important vendor selection you make when planning a wedding - don’t miss the chance to work with Culinary Wave.

This company and the team I worked with are completely amazing. I had a very important corporate event for 125ppl and I contracted with them for food, service and bartenders. The team arrived, I showed them where to stage, where I wanted the food & where I wanted the bar. After that – I did absolutely nothing. They handled every single bit of the food and beverage set up, distribution, clean up & packaging of leftovers. They created a beautiful display on the buffet area as well. We had a combination of stationary and passed hors d'oeuvres. I have had nothing but positive feedback from attendees regarding the food quality itself and the quantities were about perfect. I also have to mention that this is one of the few caterers I've dealt with who do not nickle and dime you to death. Their costs are upfront and very reasonable. I’m so very pleased and I highly recommend Culinary Wave if you need a catered event at your home or for your company.

Love love love ! Amazing food and presentation. She hosted a couple grand openings and events at the hotels I managed for Holiday Inn. She and her husband are an amazing team! Definitely recommend!
