Jordan is a great chef who really cares about cooking & teaching. He's funny & helpful & he packs A LOT of instruction into the time he gives. He is also extremely prepared so that no time during the class is wasted. I can't wait to go back & take another class!

Hands down the best cooking class experience I've ever had. My wife and I participated in the laminated dough boot camp. Instructors really simplified the process, and were patient with all the participants. I would highly recommend this course if you want to learn to make croissants and other pastries.

The Chefs here are not just teaching recipes, they are teaching you the science of cooking. That foundational knowledge makes you a better cook at home or as a professional. The courses taught at the Culinary Lab are simply amazing and everyone should give it a try.

My daughter attended CulinaryLab Cooking School and loved it. She is now very knowledgeable and doing all kinds of things. I highly recommend this program; the staff is extremely competent and the program is amazing. We are beyond satisfied!
