I have had the best service. The receptionist is very personable and always in a good mood. The techs really know what they are talking about and doing. My service call was scheduled right away and the tech was on time. My drinking water system was working like brand new in no time.

The equipment you receive breaks down quite often leaving you to get a repair man out there to fix, which you will be paying for everything that is being replaced Customer service is horrible. The lady you talk to on the phone is very rude and not helpful. Her name is Tamara

We have made an appt two weeks in a row and both times they no showed and didn’t bother to call back. Very unprofessional or very unorganized, who knows.
