Our Culligan technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem--a small leak--and fixed it with a new sensor and a kit of replacement parts. Friendly, knowledgable techs who analyzed the problem, suggested ways to fix it and did so quickly and professionally. No hesitation recommending this company. I actually came here because I needed the address for something I'm applying for and when I seen the bad reviews, I knew I had to comment. I use to work here. There's no better company and management team than Culligan. They have the highest standards than any company I know. The best tasting water as well. They really do care about customer service. I can continue and you'll understand why I'm defending them. If you love water and you're not using Culligan. You're missing out.

We were very impressed with both the customer service and the equipment we purchased. The Culligan staff were very responsive when I called to set up an estimate--they were at our home within 3 days--and even more responsive with the installation. The equipment was installed at our home the very next day after the estimate. The technician arrived right at his scheduled time, was very courteous and thorough, and did a great job explaining all of the equipment. I appreciated the fact that we did not get a hard upsell on the most expensive equipment--the sales rep tested our water, talked to us about our water usage, and recommended the basic system which more than suits our needs. The water softener has worked flawlessly since its installation and I have no doubt we will get great service if we ever have a problem. Overall an outstanding experience and I highly recommend.

I was so happy with everything. The quote was reasonable, so I said lets do it and they were there two days later to install the water softener and the whole home water purifier big blue. The install took about an hour and I noticed a difference that day. I feel like our appliances and showers started cleaning themselves and it has only been over a week. Thank you!

Wow! First of all, the team that came out to install the equipment did an amazing job! I have an old home and the install had to be done in multiple locations. Culligan did an amazing job and the finished result is perfect! The product speaks for itself and is also a full on 10!!!! My water tastes better with the RO than you would find in one of those expensive bottles of water! And the water softener has made my skin feel much softer; and actually, I have noticed less acne! I cannot advise people any more strongly to get your Culligan system NOW!!!!

Their product is good, their delivery staff is good. Their billing is ridiculous, separate account s and addresses for water and softener salt, idiotic. Took over a year to find I had a $300 dollar credit, yet they didn't catch it, and no one told me that there were separate acct #'s and addresses.

Excellent service when we have issues with our water softener and our drinking system on our refrigerator

Had Culligan come out and install a water softener in my newly built home and Clint V. was fantastic. He communicated very well, and explained each option we could go with in a simple way that would suite our soft water needs as well as better drinking water and so on. Clint installed everything swiftly and perfectly with care as if he was installing the system in his own home. Would definitely use and recommend any Culligan service to anyone.

Culligan has done an excellent job of doing scheduled service on our system, and has stood behind their products 100% when there have been any warranty issues. Service is always prompt, friendly, and fair. Highly recommend.
