First time there and it’s a great spot for family and friends! Right off of route 77 and has a good amount of parking. I ordered online and it was already ready when I got there. The employees are all friendly, checking up on us while we are sitting outside. It’s clean inside and outside. The food was amazing, I definitely recommend and will go again in the future! Recommended: Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese sauce with the fries. Even with the Wisconsin Swiss Melt, if you really like cheese
Food was delicious and came out quickly even when the restaurant was slammed, can't complain about that. I'm complaining about the tripping/fire hazard this employee created while snapping an attitude at me. About and hour and a half before closing she blocked us and 3 other groups in the back corner of the restaurant with lines of chairs. People were trying to climb over them and move them and she starts yelling that she's closing this section. So when she walked by I jokingly asked "are you trapping us in here? People are getting tripped up trying to leave". And she snaps back with "this section is closed, you can leave anytime through this way" and gestured to an area she had blocked with chairs. When we finished our meal she made a point to come back over to us and say "leave when you're ready". Basically implying that she wanted us to leave it was still an hour before closing. I understand every business has closing procedures, but this particular procedure needs to be reevaluated by management and fire marshals. It is not only a safety issue if people need to exit the building in an emergency, but forcing people to climb over it just to leave after eating is a massive tripping hazard. We watched a middle-aged woman struggle to step over a chair and almost stumble.
Mrs wanted a frozen custard. This is different from frozen yogurt or ice cream. Culver's is known for that. The drive through queue was long so I parked the car and popped inside. Not a short queue here either but it moved quickly and I was given a number. I found a seat. All of a minute later, I Parking: Easy parking for regular cars. No room for RVs for sure.
Quality and service has been going down hill. You can see it in the quality of people they hire. I've had multiple incorrect orders and have been close to forgetting about this location. My order tonight was average to poor and the banana peel in my shake sealed the deal. I'm officially never going back. Skip this location, it's past the point of no return.. quality is no better than a Wendy's across the street. Put a fork in it ,managers are done.
Ice cream was so gritty and inedible. It was stuck on both sides of spoon and cup. We had to throw away $20 worth of ice cream! We would like a refund. Please reach out to solve this issue.Food: 1/5
Considering they are just outside a theme park, they do a good job. I like to order online from my table. The staff brings everything to the table. The cook staff needs to read the tickets better. Their mashed potatoes are very lack luster, flavorless and tastes like water, plus they were cold. The crinkle cut is the better option. The burgers are darn good. The custard is nicely done. Create your own sundae is perfect. The staff is pleasant. Try this location Wheelchair accessibility: One story building with accessible ramps, 2 handicapped spots up front
I was in Charlotte for the week, so we came here. The Culver Deluxe meal itself was pretty good taste-wise. It wasn’t enough food to fill us up, which was sad after an hour of wait time. Our server Jabari was the coolest cat and made our stay pleasant. He was very kind and joyful. The burger was solid no complaints. Classic American Style Cheeseburger baby’s. The onion rings were frail and thin, but good taste. I like them thick and on the bigger side. The strawberry shake was good, but it was so thick we had to eat it with a spoon. The atmosphere was very noisy since it was full, but to be fair my friend and I were also noisy. Over all 8/10 meal.
Why haven't I eaten here before? The people at the front were very helpful. The food is fresh never frozen beef and you can tell. Hot and fresh with just enough of that char broiled taste, juicy, and wow, so good. Haven't try the soup yet, cause I still have the burger taste in my mouth. Yeah, that good. The the price... Hey you can go anywhere but I'm going back to this place again. Did I mention they make their own ice cream/ custard? I'm gonna get fat... Worth it!!!
This was my first time at one of these franchises. The place was very clean, which showed pride in their establishment. The employees were very courteous and friendly. Now, to the food, I had a hamburger, which was tasty, and my buddy had the tenders. Now, those tenders do need a little bit more work. They were very generic, like you could buy from the frozen section at any food store. Overall, nice establishment.
We stopped by on the ride home from the airport, and it was a great experience. We’d never been to a Culver’s, so we went inside to see the bigger menu better. Even though they close at 10, they were very busy at around 9 when we went, but they couldn’t have been nicer. JJ was incredibly nice to all customers and staff even though it was their last hour of being open and they were trying to clean up. They were out of ice in the drink machine, but a nice guy offered to bring us some from the kitchen. We got a butter burger, chicken tenders, fries, cheese curds, and onion rings with a few of their sauces. The food was just what we wanted and the staff was incredibly kind. We’ll be stopping back by sometime.
