Hey we had a big order on a Saturday just before noon. We walked in and someone took our order from a list that we had. I know we could have done this online but this work just fine. Our food came out fine and correct we took it out to the car in two trips.yum! Update This place is really busy on a Friday night. The folks here are really efficient and the cod sandwich are really good.
As you can see my burger was undercooked/raw and cold in middle on one side. Showed it to front desk and they called the manager and she said "yes it is raw" and ordered another one for free. She was very respectful but I didn't get any apology for a potentially dangerous food.Food: 1/5
Tried to order through the drive thru today 2/10/24 between the hours of 4pm-5pm and the guy taking drive thru orders needs to work on his customer service skills. Here’s some advice: don’t mumble, speak loud and clear. And before finalizing the customer’s order and being rude or raising your voice, be patient and ask the customer, “is there anything else you’d like?” My girlfriend and I just drove off and went to a different Culver’s.
It wasn’t busy when we came for an early lunch but all the tables were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. The food was good but there were several things wrong with our order. Some of the bags were missing the custard coupon that comes with the kids meals but lucky we dined in and were able to get replacements Dietary restrictions: If you order a gluten free bun make sure you check that it includes the toppings you ordered and the kids coupons. They have a bad habit of leaving them out
I was told this is the fast food place everyone knows and goes to in Wisconsin. Kinda the In n Out burger of Wisconsin. Long drive through line during peak hours like all fast food in Wisconsin. Let's get to it. Food was ok. Wasn't a fan of the "grilled onions" that looked grey as if they were boiled and then touched the grill before going on the burger. The spicy chicken was great. Cheese curds tasted like mini mozzarella sticks. Pretzels were good and so were the fries. Wouldn't go back for a burger but the spicy chicken I would. Give it a try if you're in Wisconsin.
The manager, Kaleem, was AWESOME! Just visiting the area, but this was the best Culver’s I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend this location if you want great service/hospitality while enjoying their deliciously made fast food Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available!
I kove they food like the burgers the onion rings they chicken straps basket or shrimp basket my kid's love it as we'll even they ice cream Parking: Great parking
The employees did not seem to have a welcoming presence, but other times were great. They need to tell you to take napkins, straws, and ketchup if they are bringing your meal to your table, otherwise you have to get up and get them yourself! Food is delicious, hot, and very fast. Employees need to know how to fill the napkin dispenser properly or you can't get them out of the dispenser. I will go back again soon for a treat! Parking: They need to put signs up in the parking lot with arrows, because you can only exit the lot from the east entrance/exit at the store on 108th south of Greenfield Ave. They need EXIT SIGNS IN LOT!
I ordered a small fry and a small vanilla dish with Oreos on top. The fries were fresh and hot and the ice cream was absolutely delicious as always at Culver’s. The cashier was friendly while taking my order and when he brought me my food. Visitor Tip: The parking lot is a little awkward, so be careful.
So so good! Burgers were better than In and Out. Cheese curds, onion rings and fish fry are a must try! Its also super quick!
