Adorable hotel right in the middle of the strip. Close access to everything. Rooms were absolutely adorable and the shower was a dream. Such a luxurious hotel without paying an arm and a leg. Security had noticed that our door wasn’t latching automatically and actually came by to check on us and notify engineering which made us feel extremely safe and looked after. Housekeeping did a great job. Love this place and can’t wait to come back.
We stayed overnight on a Tuesday. Check in was very easy and helpful. The hotel/casino is quite small in comparison to many of the others on the strip, but this was no problem. Location is amazing, you cannot get more central strip than here. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for the heavy perfume scent throughout the hotel. I must say it’s better than the smell of smoke in others. Overall a good stay!
Pretty good blackjack tables. I kept coming back to play here everyday because 1. the dealers are great and 2. there are a few regulars who I really enjoyed playing with each night. It felt like the players here are more skilled and it's way more of a chill atmosphere and much less of a drunken party vibe than some of the other casinos.
Cromwell is an old casino named Barnaby Coast in the 70s. The inside has been upgraded to a boutique style hotel. We used to love this place prepandemic time. But during our last visit, the room appeared to be tired. TV was not working, the shower valve was not working properly, and the vanity sink drain was just a hole. This is one of Caesar's properties that is right in the middle of the world famous Las Vegas strip but unfortunately not well taken care of. Casinos and staff are super friendly. We'll give it a try again, maybe sometime next year. That's how much we love this location.
Booked a gallery suite only to find out when we arrived it was not available due to maintenance issues. Room was down graded to a parlor suite and refunded but this took away from our experience for my husband birthday. Manager never came out to acknowledge the situation just passed messages with the lady at the front desk. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or email. A sincere apology or show of face from manager was expected but not received.
Service is on point, rooms are spacious and glamorous. The casino is a chic hideaway in the middle of the LV strip. Only problem I had was the reconfiguration of the casino floor and moving the tables away from the front, also no 24 hour store on the property. Overall cool hotel, spacious and fancy rooms. As a Caesars Rewards member I would stay again, but never would I pay the daily hotel rate they expect without rewards!
I’d love to give it 0 stars. Don’t come here if your purpose is sleeping. I’m currently on hour 4.5 of listening to loud club music blast into my room from the club that seems to be right above me. It’s 2:30 in the morning. I know it’s Vegas but a warning would be nice. Even earplugs. Do not recommend. Will not be returningRooms: 1/5
This hotel is a joke, the only positive thing about it is that it’s adults only. They don’t know when their employees are in we’ve been here a week and leave today and it’s the FIRST time we’ve talked to a host not to mention hand out their employees numbers while they’re on bereavement and leave you to figure that out. Their other host was supposed to be in but just decided not to show up? So they said we could check at Ceasers but implied that was only for “high rollers” despite not having a clue how much time/money we spent in the casino it was a lot. they don’t offer room service and didn’t offer a single comp. Not dinner not a show.. nothing. The pool was closed which is whatever in October, but EVERY OTHER POOL WAS OPEN. Half the staff was rude which was not our experience in any of the other casinos. And they are NOT transparent about pricing. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, just get earplugs if you don’t like kids. We sunk way too much money into this trip to be treated the way we were here. 1/10 stars and again, the 1 is ONLY because they don’t allow kids. Horrible experience.
Very disappointed! I have been to Vegas over 20 times. Worst hotel experience. From the first day, I asked for 2 additional pillows twice. Even spoke to the frost desk person. Never got them. Also the room and the hotel need an upgrade. There was rust on the ceiling of our bathroom, floors were dirty. Even the sheets were stain. Very dissatisfied for what we paid. Not recommended.
If you are looking for an enjoyable stay this place is not for you. If you’re interested in partying, don’t care about hotel cleanliness and not interested in sufficient towels I recommend The Cromwell. Arrived to learn our room was booked. Got another. Located just under the noisy club. Awful! Loud and obnoxious followed by loud guests. Charged for mini bar items that I ABSOLUTELY did not purchase! Took a video they don’t care. Charged me anyway. Filing fraud claim on card. That’s theft and won’t be tolerated. Unacceptable! To call front desk is to call another country. Therefore no clear communication back to the hotel and furthermore the guest. I spent thousands of dollars on a hotel that was filthy. The dust and dirt all over was a reflection of the rest of the hotel. Won’t be back. Save your money and find a hotel worthy of a clean stay.
