They gave me a better rate for Brazilian Reals than anyone else in the area. Service was fast and professional.

This place is located in a great area. Super convenient and great turn around time. The rates are better than anywhere else I have inquired in NYC.

SIMPLY HORRIBLE! This exchange bureau offers ROTTEN service absolutely unworthy of the HIGH EXCHANGE RATE they charge. Attendants are uncorteous, service is slow and incompetent. Not even understandable English is spoken by them, making service difficult for both ends. They don't communicate well among themselves and with the customers. Because of this total lack of good service, I was forced to go back and forth between my uptown office and the bureau after documents they didn't tell me were needed to complete my transaction. Avoid this place like the plague. Unless you want to waste time and money (on their extortsive rates).
