I really enjoyed my experience here! It was my first time exchanging currency, I had SO many questions and the the girl that was working there, Natalia, was so sweet and patient with me! She answered all the questions so I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I come here every once in a while since it is one of the only exchange options in Mass. Very reliable and quick. The manager, Yong, is very professional and all employees are diligent with following up on reservations. All around a pleasant experience every time I do business with them.

I have used this exchange kiosk many times. It is easy to request currency via email, quick response-time on getting the currency, and staff is professional.

This was my first experience at Currency Exchange international the one in the mall on Huntington and they really helped me out and actually BAILED me out in a major way. I was traveling to Bogotá, Columbia 3 weeks ago for the first time and, truthfully, I don’t ever worry about getting local currency because its usually Europe or Great Britain. Easy to get in my mind over there, via ATMs. Going to Columbia, however, I thought I better bring it with me not knowing the deal over there. I called around the Boston Exchange “desks” and really got the run around. “You need to fill that currency out online, we need to order it, and we’ll see if we can get it.” My bank was even a huge disappointment “we can’t get those”. Very hap hazard and not knowledgeable. Now, I’m scrambling and concerned. Finally, I called Currency Exchange and the manager, Amanda, was on POINT. She said she would have the currency in the store the next business day maybe it was 2 and hold it for me in the safe. Sure enough, I went to the booth in the mall, spoke to the teller on duty Sally who looked at my ID and immediately got my currency paper clipped with all the paperwork attached from the safe. She was extremely professional. It was such a good experience that I am going to go there from now on before I go to any foreign place including Europe and GB and order from them. Low fees and piece of mind. Plus, after how they treated me, I’d rather give them the business than my bank, which was a brutal experience. As a matter of fact, I’m heading to Italy in January and will get my Euros there, without question. Thanks Amanda and Sally for bailing me out - I won’t forget and you have a loyal customer because of your customer service. Incredible. Thanks again.

Beware: They do not make their customers aware that credit card charges are taken as cash advance this resulted in a 5% fee and interest from my credit card company, in addition to the 3% fee that Currency Exchange International charges for "credit card" transactions -- which are not even listed as cash advances on their receipts

Ordered a considerable amount of Euros and was able to pick them up same day. The process was quick, and I was able to pay with my debit card. The representative was professional. I would use this service again.
