Chicken 65 is nice flavor. Lamb & Goat Rogan is very good. Garlic Naan was also nice. The Desi chicken curry wasn’t flavorful . Keema lahori is little salty & Mughalai Chicken biryani is not good. Overall not bad. Would try their tandoor items next time.
Food is ok but their parking rules sucks!! Owner ask for $5 more when You are parking for 2+ hrs. When You will bring 10 ppls and having $200 bill, it will always take more than 2hrs. And it is becoming their extra income from parking.
Out of all the Indian restaurants from the Indian street of New Jersey, this is my absolute favorite! I was in NJ for three weeks and came to eat here around four times. That’s how much I loved their food! Their chicken lollipops and black pepper chicken are my absolute favorite and taste just like back home. I’ve also tried their egg bhurji, Szechwan triple fried rice, chicken Hakka noodles and chili garlic chicken noodles. Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was delightful and very professional. Love this place and will visit again if I ever go back! Highly recommended!
WORST EXPERIENCE.! Do not go to this place unless you want to eat STALE FOOD which is not even cooked properly. I called the restaurant that my food is under cooked they said ok we can make another one, however it was overcooked. I ordered vegetarian food however in my cashew curry I found a bone chicken. I had to throw out everything that I ordered. Its better to walk down the street for good/fresh food. Never ever go to this restaurant. You will waste your money and time.
Tried Curry On Special and Chicken Mughlai Biriyani. Food: Socked in oil but good spice level. Vibe: Bar scene and not really a family restaurant. Cleanliness: Waiter bought us plates with the Windex bottle in hand. Plates were not clean and we ended up eating in the bowl.
It took a long time for 1 dish to arrive even when the restaurant was almost empty. And the quantity was not worth the price. We had a sizzler, it looked like a lot but we were still hungry2 people. And the so called sizzler was just rice noodles and manchurian.Food: 2/5
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE I wanna give 0 stars after what I experienced 1 The food was disappointing and tasteless, and it took them 35 minutes to prepare the starter and an additional 45 minutes to prepare the main course. Check out other comments and reviews, you'll find at least 4-5 reviews saying they found cockroaches in the food, so please think twice before you go. 2 In addition to that, the starters were not fully cooked 3 We were very unsatisfied with the manner in which the owner of this establishment dealt with the staff. He was rude and disrespectful. We believe that is unacceptable. 4 Another surprising charge was an 18% gratuity, which was about 50 dollars after such slow and disappointing service. However, we were more concerned about the fact that the money was not going to the waiters, but rather to greedy owners who do not care about the customers and want to make some extra cash
Google won't let me give ZERO star rating for this filthy place. This is the worst and the most unhygienic places I have been into jersey city. We were served breads in a very old "UNCLEANED" basket which was clearly not washed in months. When I complained about this to the staff two persons, one at a time, the literally laughed and took the container and went away. The other acted like he was on the phone and just went away. This was very very unacceptable, rude behavior and wrost customer service. This is the so called responsive staff members they have. I will not be visiting this place ever in my life. If you wanna have unhygienic, contaminated and filthy food, then go to this restaurant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
This place is highly unhygienic and the food trays are not washed and rinsed since ages. When we told one of the servers then he started laughing and then we told manager. Then after manager did not take our concert in regard and started talking on phone. And when in kitchen and this was so disrespectful and pathetic behavior. The employee and manger both are so disrespectful and the coustomer service was unbearable.
During Covid: I had a good experience here,. The waiter was doing a great job and keeping his distance, the food was cooked quickly, and it was a good experience overall... Manchow Soup: Surprisingly an amazing soup! If your into Hot & Sour soup, you will love this! Its an Indian-Chinese dish, where I didn't expect it to be so familiar, great aroma and was a strong taste of ginger. Spicy yet, not as spicy, so you can easily eat it without looking for water. The also give a side of crispy noodle to compliment the taste. Its so good, I will also take the time to learn to make this at home. Vegetable Samosa: Crispy and crunchy, this samosa was very good. The spices were very strong and made the dish even more interesting. The size themselves were huge, I ended up taking out home. Definitely going with no meat is better as you can enjoy traditional Samosa in all its glory. Tandoori Chicken: An authentic and tasty dish. The spices were pretty and it was marinated for quiet a bit of time judging by the taste. All the spices seeped deep into the meat. The chicken was extremely soft, perfectly cooked and easily melted into your mouth. In no way I was paid for this review, but it was just that good. Shrimp Gassi: I never had this before, but it was very good. Hard to describe the taste, but its was a good mixture of spices with a tangy seafood taste to it, due to the shrimp. Butter Chicken: I am used to eating butter chicken that is spicy, but this butter chicken is sweet and tastes absolutely delicious! The spices and the butter, you can taste every little bit! Naan: Freshly made naan bread, nothing more to say. It had a great buttery taste and nice garlic aroma.
