I've been getting lashes done for years now, and haven't really found a great place in New York that is also high quality and affordable until now! The place only takes 2 people at a time, so you may not be able to start your appointment exactly on time, but other than that the service is perfect. I love the discounted prices for retouch up to 4 weeks!

My entire lash experience was horrible. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years now and this was one of the worst experiences. I’ve never had a bad reaction to eyelash glue but the one they used stung my eyes so bad. When it was finally over, my right eye had patches of extension. It was so uneven with spots with more extensions than others; my left eye was fine. And of course, after a week, they started falling out like nonstop and so many lashes going in different directions. Because she did such horrible job on the right eye, the unevenness was even more obvious once they started coming out. Not only was it a painful process, but it also took longer than normal- only for my lashes to look terrible. I wouldn’t mind how long it took if they actually looked decent. Less than two weeks in, it looks like I’ve had old lashes for more than a month because they are so uneven, going in different directions, and fall out like crazy.

Found a Groupon so it was a good deal BUT did not like that she took another customer while she was in the middle of doing my lashes. She was switching back and forth between us which made my service take 1.5 hrs- entirely too long.

Got a lash lift here and it was actually painful. It felt like they were pulling and scraping my lashes the entire time. In the end, one eye was much more lifted than the other, making them look uneven. Will not come here again.

Impossible to find this place, the building is a maze and lady was just standing in a hallway by a coffee machine and said she is waiting for the next client...it was all around weird

My lashes fell off both times I got them done within a week
