Did a great job for us last year, however, after calling for a new job and emailing artwork/item list haven't heard back at all for over two weeks with follow up emails and phone calls.

The way they decided to mark where the embroidery would go was with tape. When I arrived to pick up my order the sizing was all wrong. Clearly the tape must've fallen off and they just guessed where to put it and the sizing! Was pissed! When I said something the guy got smart with me and wouldn't give me the owners info. I eventually call back and the same guy still gives me the worst customer service ever! On top of trying to overcharge me on a logo when discovering who I was, when the previous quote which had more thread count was cheaper. Take your money elsewhere.
